Election Officer Kumar Ravi engage institutions to create voter awareness



In a dialogue organized today at Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar Auditorium District Magistrate and Election Officer Kumar Ravi engaged head of University and private schools, Chief of Nehru Yuva Center, Members of Chamber of Commerce and electronic and print media personals to discuss about administration initiatives to create voter awareness.

Speaking about the importance of voter awareness initiatives, he mentioned the active involvement and work done by different groups and government organizations including Education imitative in rural places, programs run by Aganwadi centers, Members of Jeevika and Aasha Workers.

Kumar Ravi appealed to the present people to actively participate in creating awareness among voters. He added that appeal to vote on 05th November through messages on Milk packets, Gas Cylinders, Medical prescriptions, School Fee receipts can be very effective in creating awareness which can reach to everyone.
